Can I export my data out of ibakepro?
Yes. Six of your lists export to CSV: orders, products, customers, payments, expenses and tasks. You export from the list itself rather than from a separate downloads screen, and the file contains exactly what the list is showing you at the time, filters and search term included.
Where the buttons are
Orders and products export from their list pages. Customers exports from the customer list. Payments exports from the payments tab. Expenses and tasks both export from the business page.
In each case the export runs the same query the screen just ran. If you have filtered orders to one month, or searched customers for a tag, the CSV comes back filtered the same way. There is no separate set of export filters to keep in step with the ones on screen.
What the file looks like
A plain CSV, named for the list and the date it was taken, for example
orders-2026-08-31.csv. It opens correctly in Excel, with accented characters
and multi-line notes intact instead of mangled.
The columns are the fields of that record type. The customer export, as one example, carries the customer id, name, email, mobile, company, the formatted address and its parts, tags, status, lifecycle stage, source, preferred channel, marketing consent for email and SMS, notes and the created date.
What happens above 10,000 rows
One export is capped at 10,000 rows.
That is deliberate. A truncated file that reports success is worse than no file, because you only find out when a number further down the line is wrong.
Who can run one
Exporting needs the "Export analytics data" permission plus read access to that list. Owners and managers have both by default. Team members have neither, so staff on the counter cannot pull the customer list.
Financial data has a second gate. Payments requires financial access on top of order access. The products export behaves slightly differently: without financial access it still runs, but the cost and profit columns come back blank rather than the whole export being denied.
Every export is written to your audit log with the user, the list, the row count and the filters that were applied. Data leaving the account is a recorded event.

- Uploaded photos, order attachments and other files
- Settings, website content and storefront configuration
- Any record type outside those six lists
